Indie folk built from blue-collar roots, mountain silence, and the quiet moments most people skip past.
Listen on Spotify →Colorado didn't soften me. It stretched me. There's something about standing at the base of a mountain that reminds you how small your problems are and how big your life could be.
I came here for work — blue-collar hands in a state that still respects them — and somewhere along the way the mountains got into the music. The wide open sky. The silence between peaks. The way a storm rolls in fast and leaves everything cleaner than it found it.
I brought my roots with me — West Virginia, dirt under my fingernails, a grandmother who taught me the most important things in life don't come with a lot of noise — and laid them down in new soil.
I write what I know. And what I know is that the moments that change you are almost never the big ones. First love. Loyalty. The weight of a hard day and the relief of coming home. I just try to give those quiet moments somewhere to live.
What grew out of that is everything you hear when you listen to my songs.
